Nominations now open for 2020 Teacher of the Year Award

Students, parents, teachers, and principals are encouraged to nominate exceptional teachers within the Eastern Carver County School district for the District 112 Foundation’s 2020 Teacher of the Year. The award honors and recognizes outstanding teachers in the district who advance excellence and innovation in education. Teacher of the Year nominees must be current licensed teachers within the school district during the 2019-2020 school year. Ideal candidates for the Teacher of the Year award will have daily contact with students and will encourage them to build confidence, to learn, and to achieve. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a thorough knowledge of their subject matter and will share it effectively with students, and will make positive contributions within the school community while actively supporting the mission and vision of Eastern Carver County Schools. PRMS “All School Party” for students

Student Council Update: We will have an all-school party on Friday, February 21st (2:00-3:30pm). This is a meaningful way for our entire school to come together, build community, and have fun together! The party will have many great activities, including the following: a dodgeball tournament, dancing and music, swimming in our awesome pool, a quiet games room, a movie room, coloring contest, and a few games for kids to play. Snacks will be available to purchase (cash only–lunch accounts cannot be used). There will also be a couple of games available for kids to play for a small fee ($1.00), with all proceeds going to student council to be able to continue to provide for our school. Thank you!
