We are very excited to welcome Jay Williams to Pioneer Ridge as our Interim Administrative Dean for the remainder of the year. Mr. Williams is a recently retired assistant principal from Black Hawk Middle School in District 196 (Eagan, Minnesota), and he brings a wealth of experience in education, including roles as an assistant principal, athletic director, and teacher. He is known for building strong relationships with staff and students, supporting positive school culture, and leading important work around scheduling, student support, safety, and staff development.
This first week or so Mr. Williams will be partnering closely with Dr. Obuon to learn our systems and routines and ensure a smooth transition. His steady leadership and collaborative approach will be a wonderful addition to our team. Mr. Williams will be joining us part time through the month of April and will be with us full time for May and the first week of June. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Williams to the PRMS community.
